Also designed by Pardal Monteiro (1943), this terminal predates the Rocha Conde de Óbidos terminal. It stands out for its monumental Almada Negreiros Hall, decorated with eight murals that reinterpret national imagery (such as the Legend of D. Fuas Roupinho and the Nau Catrineta).
Recently, the restoration of these murals was formalized, a vital project to preserve the vibrancy of the colors and the integrity of the work, which is a Monument of Public Interest.
Current Function: It serves as an interpretive center for Almada’s work and for corporate events seeking an unparalleled historical and artistic setting.
