What are the boats like and what is their capacity?
We have boats for all tastes. We operate comfortable sailboats with capacities between 6 and 18 passengers, ranging from 10 to 18 meters, designed to satisfy even the most demanding sailors. Our fleet includes sailing and motor catamarans, speedboats, and classic ships with a capacity of up to 340 guests.
They are prepared to welcome our passengers with comfort and safety, undergoing rigorous maintenance and always in perfect condition to offer unforgettable experiences to our clients. In short, these are boats designed to satisfy you.
What should I wear?
Whatever you feel like. Just bring a good mood.
We recommend comfortable clothing suitable for the time of year and time of day. In summer, bring sunglasses and sunscreen. During the colder months, we suggest a jacket for extra comfort.
A swimsuit can also be useful for the Party & Sail, Classical Barbecue, and Taste the Sea experiences.
What languages are spoken on board?
We speak English, Spanish, and Portuguese, obviously. After all, we are locals. If you need translation services for any other language, just contact us here and we’ll take care of it.
Are there toilets on board?
Yes, all our boats are equipped with toilet facilities for our guests’ convenience.
Is it possible to change or cancel a booking?
Yes, we accept changes with at least 10 days’ notice. However, changes are not guaranteed. In the event of a date/time change with less than 72 hours’ notice, a €200 change fee will be charged. Additional costs may apply (for example, if there are more participants or a need to change boats).
In case of cancellation, our refund policies apply, which vary depending on how close it is to the event date, as described:
- Up to ten days in advance: 90% refund of the amount paid.
- Between two and nine days in advance: 50% refund of the amount paid.
- Less than 24 hours in advance: no refund.
In the case of group event cancellations, the specific conditions presented in the proposal should be consulted.
