Reservations
Reservations are made directly at www.lisbonsightsailing.com. At the end of the process, an email is sent to the customer with all the information regarding the chosen tour.
Payments
Payments are made at the time of booking through the following methods: American Express, iDEAL, Mastercard, and Visa.
The Day of the Experience
Please arrive at the boarding location five minutes before departure time. Bring good spirits and a free soul… 🙂
Cancellations
Due to bad weather (if the Port of Lisbon is closed to navigation):
- Full refund of the amount paid.
For reasons attributable to the customer:
- Up to ten days in advance: 90% refund of the amount paid.
- Between two and nine days in advance: 50% refund of the amount paid.
- Less than 24 hours in advance: no refund.
Insurance
The experiences we provide are protected by civil liability and personal accident insurance in accordance with current legislation.
