Yes, we accept changes with at least 10 days’ notice. However, changes are not guaranteed. In the event of a date/time change with less than 72 hours’ notice, a €200 change fee will be charged. Additional costs may apply (for example, if there are more participants or a need to change boats).

In case of cancellation, our refund policies apply, which vary depending on how close it is to the event date, as described:

• Up to ten days in advance: 90% refund of the amount paid.
• Between two and nine days in advance: 50% refund of the amount paid.
• Less than 24 hours in advance: no refund.

In the case of group event cancellations, the specific conditions presented in the proposal should be consulted.
