Its design was a logistical challenge, given the significant silting in the area and the tidal variations. <\/p>\n\n<p>It has about <strong>400 berths<\/strong>. Its distinctive technical feature is a <strong>double lock system<\/strong>, which ensures a constant water level inside the marina regardless of the tide, protecting the vessels and making maneuvering easier. <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Current Function:<\/strong> Leisure, residential, and support for major nautical events.
